I receive many clients that are interested, curious and sometime afraid about Ayurveda.Most of them think that Ayurveda is a long, difficult approach for them.
I am honest Ayurveda is more than your dosas knowledge.
First of all Ayurveda is a lifestyle .
The approach that I propose with Ayurveda starts with a sentence: I AM BACK HOME,that means returning to yourself.
Changing some 'wrong approaches to life' is not always simple especially if they became habits but small things done regularly make a miracle.
the miracle is listen ,do lessee patient and stay positive.
