About Inner Light Yoga Lodge
Inner Light Yoga Lodge is a holistic center with hotel services for a holiday of spiritual growth. Located in Playa Samara, Costa Rica, 150 meters from the sea and immersed in the tropical forest. The resort has 4 lodges ( 50 sq meters) with private bathrooms ,kitchen and patio inspired by the 4 elements.During the stay (minimum two nights recommended) breakfast in the Ayurvedic style balanced in the 6 flavors and a yoga lesson (Odaka yoga inspired by the motion of the ocean) will be offered in the morning. The structure houses a Temple for yoga and Reiki seminars, relaxation and meditation room, ayurvedic and relaxing massage corner, the possibility of dining in the resort with an Ayurvedic menu. The lodges are furnished using natural materials, cotton linens, natural ecological personal hygiene products. The hotel is plastic-free and eco-friendly.
We are Federica and Roberto and together with our children, we believe in a sustainable present and future based on respect, collaboration, and sharing. The principles of Reiki and yoga are our Masters. For years we have been dedicated to spiritual growth, alternative education, and recycling. After our experience in Italy and with yoga salt life lodge in Samara,we decided to live in Costa Rica immersed in nature and slow living building our dream of hospitality here.
Samara is a small tourist spot on the Nicoya Guanacaste peninsula. Tourists choose this place for its quiet life, the protected sea, the sun for more than 6 months a year, the waves, the long beach for horseback riding. Around the structure, you can enjoy all the main services such as banks, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, ice cream parlors, doctors, pharmacies all within walking distance. Samara is located in one of the 5 blue zones in the world, Nicoya.

Founded by Federica, yoga teacher and reiki master in love with life, nature and spiritual research.Federica, in love with spirituality since early in my life. I have dedicated myself to yoga, Reiki and spiritual research with passion during my travels around the world. I honor the body as a sacred temple of the soul, to embark on a journey of light and awakening for humanity. Nature is my path, love is my religion, a more conscious world is my mission.
