Not just a lodge.
A place that restores you.
Innerlight Yoga Lodge is not about escaping your life. It is about meeting it differently. Through ancient practices held in the heart of Costa Rica's lush tropical dry forest—you arrive somewhere quieter inside yourself.
Minimum two nights. No program required. Only the willingness to arrive.

Odaka Yoga
A fluid practice inspired by the motion of the ocean. Each morning session invites you to move from the inside out — breath first, body follows.
Ayurvedic nutrition
Breakfast balanced across the six flavors. Dinner available on request. Food as medicine — prepared with intention, served with care.
Reiki
Ayurvedic and relaxing massages. Individual Reiki sessions in the Temple. Energetic healing that honors silence and presence.
Deep Rest
A dedicated relaxation and meditation room. Unstructured time. Nature doing what nature does.

Built from Nature.
Given back to it.
Each lodge is 50 square meters of stillness. Private bathroom, kitchen, patio. Natural materials, cotton linens, ecological products. Plastic-free. Fully yours.

Terra
Grounded. Stable. Rooted in the forest floor. The earth lodge holds you like soil holds a seed — with quiet, patient force.

Agni
Warm light. Transformative energy. The fire lodge invites the kind of brightness that comes from burning away what no longer serves.

Marea
Fluid, reflective, alive. Designed to move with the rhythms of rest — like the tide that breathes beyond the tree line.

Vāyu
Light, open, expansive. A patio made for watching clouds. For breathing with no agenda. For letting yourself be light.

The day has
its own wisdom.
There is no rush. No schedule to keep. Each morning begins the same way — with movement, with breath, with food that honors the body. The rest unfolds as it wants to.

PLAYA SAMARA
One of the world's
five blue zones.
Samara is not a destination. It is a way of being. Small enough to walk everywhere. Wide enough to disappear into. A beach where the sea is protected, the light lasts, and life moves at the speed of trust.
Banks, restaurants, markets, cafés — all within walking distance. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

PLASTIC ON THE PROPERTY
Around the lodge, you can walk to the long beach for horseback riding along the shore. The waves are gentle. The sea is protected. The surf is real. The Nicoya Peninsula is one of the world's Blue Zones — places where people live longer, stronger, and with greater purpose. Something in the water. Something in the air. Something in the way the days here ask you to slow down and stay. You will not want to leave quickly. That is the point.

YOUR GUIDE
Healing begins when
we choose to listen.
My path has been shaped through yoga, Reiki, and Ayurveda — three ancient practices that continue to guide me toward deeper awareness, balance, and connection. For me, these are not simply techniques. They are ways of living with more presence, compassion, and authenticity.
"I do not believe healing is about becoming someone else. I believe it is about remembering who we truly are beneath the noise."
Yoga taught me how to return to the body. Through movement, breath, and stillness, I discovered that the body carries wisdom far beyond words. Every practice became an opportunity to observe, release, and reconnect.
Reiki showed me the importance of creating space for healing rather than forcing change. Presence. Touch. Intuition. Energetic awareness. A practice that continues to inspire me with its simplicity and depth.
Ayurveda helped me understand the intimate relationship between body, mind, emotions, and the rhythms of the natural world. Balance is not perfection. It is a continuous dance of listening and adapting.
