HELD Retreat – Reservation Terms

HELD is a private and intimate wellness retreat created for only four women. Designed as a deeply nurturing experience, it offers the rare opportunity to step away from daily demands and enter a space dedicated to rest, reconnection, and personal renewal. Through yoga, meditation, Reiki

experiences, Ayurveda, therapeutic treatments, nourishing meals, and time immersed in nature, each guest is invited to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with herself in a meaningful way. The small group size ensures a highly personalized experience and an atmosphere of comfort, privacy, and genuine connection.

 

Retreat Investment

 

The total retreat investment is USD 3,700 per person, including all applicable taxes. Upon confirmation of your participation, you will receive a dedicated payment link to complete your Reservation.

 

Included in Your Retreat

 

• Carefully selected accommodation for the duration of the retreat

• Daily yoga and meditation sessions

• Reiki experiences

• Ayurvedic consultations and wellness guidance

• Ayurvedic treatments and massages as outlined in the retreat program

• Nourishing meals and refreshments

• All activities and experiences specifically included in the retreat itinerary

 

Not Included

 

• International and domestic flights

• Travel and medical insurance

• Airport transfers and transportation to and from the retreat location unless otherwise specified

• Visa fees, if applicable

• Personal expenses and additional services not included in the retreat program

 

Travel Insurance

 

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and medical insurance. We strongly

recommend obtaining comprehensive coverage for trip cancellation, travel disruption, medical

expenses, and unforeseen circumstances.

 

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

 

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the retreat investment is required to secure your place. The

remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. 

 

Guest Cancellations

 

• More than 60 days before the retreat start date: all payments will be refunded except the non-refundable deposit.

• Within 60 days of the retreat start date: no refunds will be issued.

 

Retreat Cancellation by HELD

 

Should HELD Retreat be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, or any other event beyond our reasonable control, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid directly to HELD Retreat. 

 

HELD Retreat cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred, including flights, transportation, accommodation booked outside the retreat, visa expenses, or insurance premiums.
