with love, with presence, and with deep respect for what each body carries. In her yoga shala in Playa Samara, a few steps from the Pacific, she will guide you gently into new shapes — or simply into stillness.
This practice is for every body. Props, blankets, blocks and cushions are always available. No experience needed. Only the willingness to arrive.
