As we move from late spring toward the Summer Solstice we cross a sacred threshold. The energy of spring begins to soften, making space for the warmth, expansion and radiance of summer.
In Ayurveda and many ancient traditions, spring is connected to the liver-the organ of cleansing, vision and transformation.. Energetically, the liver helps us to release what has become stagnant so that life can flow again. It invites us to let go of old patterns, old emotions and old stories creating space for new possibilites to emerge.
The New Moon in Gemini that we recently experienced offered an opportunity to plant new seeds through our thoughts, intentions and conversations.
Gemini reminds us that transformation begins with awarness.
The questions we ask ourselves today shape the path we walk tomorrow.
Now , as we approach the Solstice, the focus shifts from the mind to the heart, the organ associated with summer. The heart is the home of joy, connection, compassion and inner light.. It invites us to live with greater presence, authenticity and openness.
At the same time Jupiter's journey through Cancer gently reminds us to the sacred power of nourishment. Cancer teaches us that food is more than fuel-it is comfort, connection, memory and love. It invites us to return to the simple rituals that sustain us and to honor the ways we care for ourselves and those around us.
One of my favorite ritual is prepare Kitchari during the changes.
A simple bowl feels like a quiet prayer. An invitation to slow down and reconnect..
To receive nourishment with Gratitude
To remember that the same intelligence that moves through the rivers, the trees and the changing seasons also moves within us..
Perhaps this season is asking the same
To trust the wisdom of transition
To releae what feels heavy
To nourish what feels true
What is your heart ready to welcome as we move into the brightest season of the year?
I give you here one of my favorite recipe for this transition. Is more that a recipe is a deep nourishment ... you can discover here

If you feel called to explore these themes more deeply, i warmly invite you to discover the HELD RETREAT.
With Love and Gratitude
